Tullis, Inc. is a general engineering contractor, specializing in grading and paving operations. Lyle Tullis, owner of Tullis, Inc., has been operating a successful and quality business for the past 30 years. Today, Tullis, Inc. owns and operates two asphalt concrete plants in Shasta and Tehama County. Along with the asphalt plants, Tullis, Inc. manufactures and supplies aggregate materials at their newest quarry, Shasta Ranch Aggregates in Anderson, CA and also through Cottonwood Creek Sand & Gravel in Cottonwood, CA.
